Becca then went on to receive her Masters Degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in sport and performance psychology and integrative human performance. Through her time there she was able to work with disabled athletes teaching them mental skills to improve their performance. She worked on a range of different research projects including her own project into the psychological factors associated with sport injury prevention and return to sport. She received the Chancellor’s Graduate Student Award twice in her short time at the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee.
Becca enjoys helping people reach their max potential and believes that performance is a spectrum whether it be pushing your own grocery cart around or completing the winning touchdown.
She came to Patterson PT in 2022 because she was looking for a place that would allow her to utilize her graduate background and positively impact clients’ lives.
Becca is a bubbly and highly motivated individual. She will cheer you on and challenge you to try harder each session. Outside of work she is an athlete herself, she is a rock climber, triathlete, and weightlifter. She enjoys backpacking with her two dogs, slacklining, and playing disc golf at Kinder Farm Park.
