Mike Patterson has been practicing Physical Therapy since 1983; he is a graduate from the University of Pittsburgh. In 1989 he received a certification in Manual Therapy from the Institute of Physical Therapy at St. Augustine.
Mike is the son of two Physical Education (P.E.) teachers. His dad was a Marine, and his mother was a cheerleading coach. From his parents he learned leadership, athleticism, and the joy of play. He is a father, and raised two daughters with the same values.
He is an excellent therapist with over 30 years of clinical experience. Mike continues his education to maintain a broad knowledge of therapy. He was also a college instructor at AACC for 20 years. In April of 2003 Mike decided to open his own private practice in order to serve his community.
He is inspired to this day by his college professor Paul Rockar, Jr., PT, DPT, MS, FAPTA. His treatment toolbox also includes work from Mackenzie, Mulligan, Butler and Elvey and more.
