LSVT BIG
A specialized program for patients with Parkinson’s Disease and other movement disorders. LSVT BIG recalibrates the nervous system to support mobility, strength, and balance for everyday activities.
Blood Flow Restriction
Restricting blood flow for effective strength training, without the heavy weights. Great for athletes recovering from injuries, patients recovering from surgeries, or those needing to build strength without too much stress on bones and joints.
